Clap Clap Baby is an online parenting magazine that celebrates babies of color. We provide topics that focus on all aspects of parenting, but remain sensitive to the needs and interests of today's African American families. Our magazine provides expert advice from health care professionals concerning our baby's growth, nutrition, health and overall development, as well as features important parenting resources. Clap Clap Baby also provides topics which speak to our culturally diverse families, such as” how to care for ethnic hair”. Each and every issue is a celebration of diversity, as we celebrate the beauty found in our similarities and differences.
Our Mission The mission of Clap Clap Baby Magazine is to educate individuals on the importance of parenting and raising healthy children, as we recognize and celebrate children of ethnic descent and provide editorials that are of interest to their families. Our Vision Clap Clap Baby's vision is to be recognized as one of the leading resources of health and childrearing information on parenting. Our magazine is committed to contributing to the increased awareness of the importance of appreciating the diverse beauty that exist within various cultures, so that our children can see themselves represented in a positive and inspiring light. The Future of Clap Clap Baby Magazine Our future direction includes doubling our readership each year and moving into a printed magazine within the next two to three years. It is our deepest commitment to provide educational content to our audience about important children's health and developmental concerns and topics, while at the same time, increasing the awareness and appreciation of diversity. We look forward to supporting and featuring advertisements from various reputable companies and minority owned businesses that create products or merchandise for infants and children.
