Meet Genora McCain: mother of three and grandmother of five. She's quite popular back in her hometown of Winston-Salem, North Carolina for being such an awesome cook. A seasoned culinary expert, Genora specializes in a variety of southern dishes, desserts and mouthwatering pastries. Her family and friends look forward to her famous peach cobbler and sweet potato pie. Genora has preserved some of her old family recipes and food traditions she's learned from her mother, as well as recipes she's created on her own. She is pleased to share them all with you. Mama's Mouth Watering Macaroni & Cheese

1 16 ounce box of macaroni

2 8 ounce pack of shredded cheese (sharp & mild)

1 stick of butter

1 tsp black pepper

1 tablespoon of season salt

3 cups half-n-half milk

3 eggs

In a large pot, boil macaroni until tender and drain. Beat the eggs and set aside in a bowl. Melt butter and put aside.

Pour cooked macaroni in a casserole dish and add melted butter over the macaroni. Pour beaten eggs, season salt, and pepper over macaroni. Add shredded cheese and the milk over the macaroni. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
